The Indiana Horse Racing Commission would like to advise trainers and owners that corrections have been made to the 2026 Indiana Nomination Booklet.

After the Nomination Booklet was originally published, the Indiana Horse Racing Commission discovered that several race dates had been listed incorrectly. Trainers and owners should review the corrected information below.
