The biggest names in our sport - like in most sports - get plenty of publicity, but there are lots of lesser-known people out there who have great stories to share as well. That’s why, for the sixth year in a row, we’re bringing you our popular ‘Fond Memories’ section. Born during the COVID-19 racing shutdown of 2020, in an effort to spread some positivity at the time, this annual feature has since become a mainstay. Reading this year’s submissions reminds us why.
