Bally's Dover has cancelled its harness racing program scheduled for Monday, Feb. 23 due to severe winter weather blanketing the Mid-Atlantic.

The race office will remain open and entries for Thursday, Feb. 26 are due no later than 11 a.m. Horsepeople are encouraged to use the United States Trotting Association's Online Entry platform to enter their horses.
