Md Hardlys Success kept his seasonal record perfect with another victory in the $1,500 Winners Over Pace on Saturday at Exhibition Park Raceway

over a 'good' track rated two seconds slow.

Md Hardlys Success ($2.10) advanced first over from fourth through fractions of :29.2, 1:00.1, and 1:30.2 before wearing down the leading After Lunch Larry and Gord Hennessey into the stretch for his third straight win. The six-year-old gelding opened up more than three lengths before hitting the wire in 2:01.1. The heavy favourite completed a driving grand slam for Gilles Barrieau. Magical Alex and Sam Hodgin finished third off the pocket trip.

The son of Western Success is trained by Richard Allaby for owners Bill Smith and Wayne Watson of Saint John, N.B. He notched his 24th career win and pushed his bankroll to $67,089.
