In a notice posted on Feb. 10, 2026, Harness Racing B.C. (HRBC) issued a request for information regarding horsepeople and stabling for a potential meet later this year.

The notice from HRBC, requesting a completion of this form, is as follows.

To help plan stalls and races for the Fall 2026 Osoyoos Meet, please reply by email to [email protected] and provide the information listed below.

This does not need to be exact — just a rough estimate so we have a general idea of how many horses may be attending.

When replying, please list:

• Trainer/owner name
• Telephone number
• Total number of horses you expect to bring
• Estimated number of stalls you will require
