Dover Cancels Monday Card

Bally's Dover has cancelled its harness racing program scheduled for Monday, Feb. 2 due to unsafe track conditions.

Racing at Dover is scheduled to resume on Tuesday, Feb. 3 with first post at 4:30 p.m.
