Stall applications for the 2026 harness racing season at both Tioga and Vernon Downs are now available online.

The stall applications can be downloaded on the "Horsemen" pages under the "Racing" tab at tiogadowns.com and vernondowns.com.

Horsepeople are advised that 2026 stall applications for both tracks must be received by March 15. Forms are PDF fillable and must be completed in their entirety and signed to be valid. 

The backside at both facilities opens on April 1.

Tioga is planning to offer three claiming series throughout the meet. Details will be made available soon on the track’s website.
