The Thursday, Jan. 29 harness racing program at Bally's Dover has been cancelled due to continued effects of last weekend's winter storm.

Live harness racing at Bally's Dover is scheduled to resume on Monday, Feb. 2. with first post slated for 4:30 p.m.
