Due to extreme snow and ice accumulation, Bally's Dover has cancelled its Monday, Jan. 26 harness racing program.

The race office will remain open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entries for the Thursday, Jan. 29 program will be taken until 11 a.m. Horsepeople are encouraged to use the United States Trotting Association Online Entry platform.
