MGM Northfield Park cancelled the remainder of its Wednesday, Jan. 14 card after nine races.

The decision was made out of an abundance of caution for horsemen and equine athletes as heavy snowfalls and gusty winds impacted the area.

Live racing will be back on Saturday night.
