As the result of a vehicle accident, longtime harness racing industry participant Robert Arther James 'Bob' Rundle of London, Ont. passed away on Dec. 21, 2025 at the age of 79. 

The harness racing world lost a longtime genuine and dedicated horseman from the London, Ont. area with Bob's passing. He drove for Labatt’s Brewery of London professionally and successfully for more than 35 years. He was a dedicated caretaker and trainer, and because he was “Bob,” he accumulated a multitude of friends no matter what he did.

For those who had the privilege to get to know him, Bob was a true friend and he was always willing to help.

He is survived by his wife Krista, his daughters Tracey and Rachel (Mike), granddaughters Mya and Caileigh, and his brother Jack.
