James MacDonald, Canada’s representative for the 2025 World Driving Championship (WDC), will provide video recaps of all six competition legs in the 2025 WDC Report.

Each report will be produced by Standardbred Canada (SC) and posted on standardbredcanada.ca following each leg of the championship.

SC spoke with MacDonald to get his take on this year’s WDC Report in this video below.

The 2025 WDC is set to begin Nov. 1 in New Zealand, featuring harness racing drivers from 10 countries competing in a six-leg tournament that kicks off in Kaikoura.  The full field of drivers includes:
