Brookdale Johnny, Sauble Attack To Face Off At Summerside

The gloves will be off as Brookdale Johnny seeks his third straight in Tuesday (Oct. 14) evening feature action at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway.
The Prince County oval has a 13-dash program set for a 6 P.M., start time.
The $5,000 featured pace in twelfth race has Brookdale Johnny installed as the morning line favourite as he looks to unseat last week's featured winner Sauble Attack. Phil Sizer trains Brookdale Johnny for owners Doug Polley Sr., and Doug Polley Jr., of Amherst, N.S. Paul Langille will drive again from post 6 after steering the Rockin In Heaven five-year-old to wins in 1:55 and 1:55.4 his last two races as he looks for his 21st lifetime win.
Sauble Attack (To be driven by Ken Murphy) holds down post 7 for trainer Paul Biggar after winning the top class in 1:55.2 last week.
Howmac Exclusive has the fastest reinsman in Atlantic Canadian Harness Racing history, Corey MacPherson, at the lines from the Les Waite stable with post 1.
Jack Boswall (David Dowling) has post 2 searching for win number eight of the season from the Keith Macdonell stable.
Also in the field are Doc Awesome (Adam Merner), Howmac Charmer (Brady Sweet) and Howmax Maximus (Brodie MacPhee).
The race 13 finale has a $3,150 purse with Almost Ammos (Dowling) selected in the win slot from post 3 for trainer Dwane MacEachern and owners Zoey and Darla MacEachern. The All Bets Off gelding was a solid second in 1:56.1 in his latest and takes on top contenders First Glance (Langille) with post 6 and Mr Kelly (Merner) from post 7.
