Lifelong harness racing owner, trainer, driver and breeder Marcel Bouvier of Langley, B.C. passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025, two days shy of his 93rd birthday.

Born May 7, 1932, Marcel was a second-generation horseman. His passion was horses and he lived his passion well. He was still driving horses into his 80s. Marcel raced throughout North America and contributed greatly to the sport he loved. 

Marcel leaves behind five sons, countless grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed and he has left many memories with those he worked with, raced with, and shared countless stories with.

A private family gathering will be held.
