It was “tricky Tuesday” at Northfield Park resulting in dual carryovers in both the Pick-5 and Pick-6. Both wagers from Tuesday, April 8 will roll over to the Wednesday evening, April 9 program.

The $1 Pick-5 wager, beginning in race six, holds a carryover of $4,700 USD and features an estimated pool of $30,000 USD. As always, it sports the player-friendly 14 per cent takeout rate. The Pick-5 is offered in conjunction with the United States Trotting Association's Strategic Wagering Program.

The 50-cent non-jackpot Pick-6, beginning in the eighth race, will contain an estimated pool of $7,500 USD with a carryover of $2,431 USD and boasts the low 14 per cent takeout rate.

Post time for the 15-race program on Wednesday is 6 p.m. 

Northfield currently races four evenings a week on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
