Dover Shifts Qualifiers To Thursday

Horsepeople are advised that Bally’s Dover has moved this week’s qualifiers to Thursday, Feb. 13.

Entries will be accepted until Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 11 a.m.

A reason for the schedule change was not provided.
