The deadline for submitting 2025 Ohio Feature Race Grants and Fairgrounds Capital Improvement Grants is Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024.

All applications must be postmarked by the deadline to be considered.

The Feature Race Grant Program is designed to assist individual county fair race programs to increase the purse for a feature race or races.  Applications must be submitted by the county fair seeking the grant.

The purpose of the 100 per cent matching funds Capital Improvements Grant Program is to facilitate construction and fund expenses for capital improvements to Standardbred racing industry-specific buildings or structures, equipment, and maintenance and repair of facilities used in conjunction with live race day programs.
