Move Your Mass tracked in third in the featured $18,000 conditioned freshman trot on Thursday evening, Oct. 10 at Woodbine Mohawk Park before striking in the stretch, posting a 23-1 upset in a new lifetime mark.

Bob McClure and the Bruce MacDonald student landed in third when the field straightened out and they maintained that position through quarters in :28.3, :58.1 and 1:27.4. Coming for home, Move Your Mass made his move and passed his rivals in the stretch to win by 1-1/4 lengths in 1:56.2. Stormont Beautiful (Sylvain Filion) finished second with Wildturkey Hanover (Phil Hudon) nabbing third.

Move Your Mass is a freshman son of Muscle Mass and the Yankee Glide mare Stonebridge Glider. The gelding is owned by Mardon Stables of Loretto, Ont. and he recorded his third victory from nine starts this year.
