As the horses were getting ready to go to the gate for the first race of the Friday, Sept. 27 program at Harrah's Philadelphia, a large local power failure occurred and the races had to be cancelled for the evening.

Harrah's Philadelphia is scheduled to resume racing with a 14-race card this Sunday afternoon with a 12:40 p.m. post time.
