The Meadowlands will hold qualifying races and a rescheduled stakes race next Thursday, Aug. 22 with a tentative starting time of 10:00 a.m.

Entries will close at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21.

The New Jersey Sire Stakes pacing final that was cancelled back on August 2 will be raced on that day as well. Those horses do not need to be entered, the stake will go postward as originally programmed.

Live harness racing returns on Friday, Aug. 30 with eliminations for all of the New Jersey Classic Series stakes.
