Wanted: Your Story for TROT!
Horse racing participants and supporters alike, we are seeking your stories!
For an upcoming issue of Trot Magazine, we are seeking positive examples of what makes horse racing such a unique life pursuit.
What sets us apart from other industries? Other businesses? Other jobs?
Think about telling us how being a part of the horse racing industry means that you work with your hands, how it preserves and protects green space in your community, how the whole business is a network of your family and friends, or how you are honoured to carry on the history and tradition of your sport.
We want to hear from you how horse racing is a part of your life and how, as a result, it helps benefit your larger community, province, and country!
We are open to submissions of any length and scope, though please do your best to keep your stories heartfelt and positive. Now is the time to share the great moments and benefits that horse racing brings to everyone -- both inside and outside our incredibly resilient community!
Please send all stories and letters to our associate editor Kimberly Fisher at [email protected] by end of day Tuesday, April 10, 2012.
Thank you for your contributions -- both to this issue of the magazine and to our industry each and every day!
