On the eve of the 2024 National Driving Championship (NDC), Standardbred Canada presented the NDC Driver Showcase, which took place at La Maison de Débauche in Trois-Rivières, Que.

Hosting the NDC Driver Showcase for Standardbred Canada, Mark McKelvie interviewed all eight drivers live on Thursday evening in a roundtable-like discussion to preview the competition, which will be contested on Friday, July 5 at Hippodrome 3R at 4 p.m. (EDT). 

McKelvie was joined by Tyler Borth (Ontario), Stephane Brosseau (Quebec/Eastern Ontario), Redmond Doucet (Atlantic Canada), David Dowling (Atlantic Canada), Phil Giesbrecht (Western Canada), Mike Hennessy (Western Canada), James MacDonald (Ontario) and Robert Shepherd (Quebec/Eastern Ontario).
