Schedule of Events: Grand Circuit action begins this week on Thursday, May 16 at Plainridge Park with the $100,000 USD Battle of Bunker Hill for three-year-old trotting males.
Then on Saturday, May 18, The Meadowlands has the $145,150 USD Arthur J. Cutler Memorial for open trotters.

Last Time: Sir Pinocchio took the lead from a group of breaking horses on the first turn and held off favourite Blackhawk Zette in the stretch to win the $184,795 Dexter Cup for three-year-old male trotters by 1-1/4 lengths in 1:56.2 at Freehold Raceway on Saturday, May 4. Grand Circuit Standings: In 2024, the Grand Circuit leaders in three categories (driver, trainer and owner) will once again be tracked on a points system (20-10-5 for the top three finishers in divisions/finals and 10-5-2 for the top three finishers in eliminations/legs). Winbak Farm is the sponsor for the 2024 Grand Circuit awards.

Drivers: 1. Matt Kakaley – 137; 2. Yannick Gingras – 114.5; 3. Jason Bartlett – 101.5; 4. George Brennan – 59; 5. Jordan Stratton – 55.

Looking Ahead: Grand Circuit action will take place on May 26 at Harrah’s Philadelphia with the Maxie Lee Memorial, Besty Ross and Joseph Auger Memorial for older horses.
