This week’s edition of the Maritime racing podcast "Behind the Gate with Scott & Kait" features some of the young drivers who took part in the mini horse races last season.

Lucas Heffernan-Bailey, Liam Myers and Ahlea Fudge joined hosts Scott Waddell and Kaitlyn Wesley in the second episode of the new podcast. They are also scheduled to compete at several Maritime tracks this summer, including Truro Raceway, Northside Downs, Inverness Raceway and Connell Park.

Paul Langille, the leading driver last year at Truro Raceway, is the next guest. The episode will be uploaded to YouTube on March 13.

Monica Sutherland, who will be in action this weekend at The Meadowlands in an International Women's Day race, will share her experience and more in a special "pop-up" episode upon her return to the Maritimes next week.
