Batavia Downs, in conjunction with the Western New York Harness Horsemen’s Association, has announced that the purse for its signature event, the Robert J. Kane Memorial Invitational Pace, has been increased from $75,000 to $100,000.

This event is conditioned for three-year-old and up pacers and the 2024 edition of the event is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 24.
