Isthatallyagot Romps In Buffalo Trot
Isthatallyagot was untouchable on Friday night as she cruised to victory in the $9,000 Open Trot at Buffalo Raceway over a sloppy track
. The win was her first in four starts this season.
Getting a big post improvement over last week, Isthatallyagot ($5.30) left from Post 2 in the field of eight with Shawn Gray in the bike and set all the fractions in the race, :30.4, 1:01.2, and 1:33.1. A :30.2 last quarter-mile put the winner four and three-quarter lengths ahead of second place finisher J Semper Fi (Jim McNeight) at the finish line in 2:03.3. Manfromnantucket (Kevin Cummings) came in third.
The five-year-old mare, by Southwind Lustre out of the Westgate Crown mare Zorgwijk Davita, is trained by Alex Giuliani and owned by Jerry R. Reinhart of Batavia, New York. The $4,500 share of the winning purse put Isthatallyagot’s season bankroll at $7,000 and lifetime earnings at $256,256.
