Lebanon Raceway co-owner Keith Nixon Jr. has stated that a decision has yet to be made in regard to the possibility of installing video lottery terminals in a temporary facility

A report by the Middletown Journal explains that the introductions of slots may come when the track relocates to its probable new location in Turtlecreek Township.

“We haven’t made an overall decision,” Nixon was quoted as saying. “We are looking at a few options including putting up a structure at the new site that we could then build out as the permanent facility.”

The article in the Middletown Journal states that a provision in a bill before the Ohio Senate could mean video slot machines could be operating at Ohio racetrack as early as this summer.
