Further to the Notice to the Industry issued October 7, 2011 regarding the conditional approval of the 2012 race dates for Ontario, and following consideration of the applications received to vary the 2012 schedule for Sudbury

Downs, the Director is providing Notice of the final decision regarding the 2012 live and simulcast Race Date Schedule approved for Sudbury Downs.

Final consideration of the schedule of race dates for Sudbury Downs and the variance requests received had been held in abeyance until completion and review of the 2011 racing season.
