The Central Ontario Standardbred Association (COSA) announced on Monday, March 6 the appointment of Dale McNeill as its Executive Director.

“Dale comes from a family of harness racing people and has participated as an owner. He also brings extensive business expertise that will serve COSA well," said Bill O’Donnell, the association's president. “Dale will manage day-to-day operations at COSA and support the Board of Directors as well as my continued efforts as president of the organization.”

McNeill will begin his new position with COSA effective April 1, 2023.
