Harrington Raceway would like to remind all horsemen entries for the $350,000 (est.) Bobby Quillen Memorial close Wednesday, October 8 at 1 p.m.

A total of 42 horses paid the $1,000 nomination fee to the event, however there is a $25,000 supplement available up until entry time.

Interested participants should call race secretary Mick Myers in the Harrington Raceway race office at (302) 398-5970.

The race is named in honour of former Delaware legislator and Harrington Raceway and Delaware State Fair Board Member, Bobby Quillen. Quillen passed away in 2006, and was a popular figure in the area who always fought for the best interests of horsemen.

There will be a t-shirt giveaway on October 20, the night of the final. Eliminations will held Monday, October 13.
