Odds-on favourite Beach Moment sat a pocket trip and capitalized to deliver a 1:54.2 victory in the $13,000 Fillies and Mares Preferred Handicap Pace at Flamboro Downs on Thursday night (Nov. 10).

Major League N led the field to a :27.1 first quarter while driver Travis Henry tucked Beach Moment in behind and stayed put through middle fractions of :56.2 and 1:25. Once straightening for home, Beach Moment attacked and downed Major League N by three-quarter lengths in 1:54.2 with Saulsbrook Jessie surging off cover to finish third and So Frisky faltering from a first-over push to take fourth.

Blake MacIntosh conditions and co-owns Beach Moment for Hutt Racing Stable. He won his 13th race from 65 starts and has now earned $153,410. He paid $3.20 to win.
