'Easy Lover' Loving Retirement

Easy Lover Hanover

The Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society (OSAS) was honoured to find a home for popular pacer Easy Lover Hanover last year.

A winner of $1.16 million over a career which saw him face the gate 144 times (winning 51), Easy Lover Hanover was retired by owner Brad Grant and trainer Ben Wallace following his final start in August of 2021.

He didn’t last long at OSAS. The now nine-year-old gelding by Somebeachsomewhere is known for his wonderful demeanour and he soon found himself in a new home at Northumbria Equine in Port Hope, Ont. He’s now called 'Philip' and is thoroughly enjoyed and ridden regularly by his new owners.
