It’s taken some time, and some life-changing events, but trainer Jeff Gillis – of Federal Flex and Mystician fame – has finally come to realize that there’s more to life than working

. And his growing commitment to balance and happiness certainly hasn’t taken away from his success on track. If anything, it may have bolstered it.
