Delmarvalous To Stand In Pennsylvania
Delmarvalous, a career winner of $895,691 with a mark of 1:48.2, will stand the 2012 breeding season at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania
.
The son of Badlands Hanover-Prymetyme Scootie won eight of his 11 starts at two, earning $189,348 and taking a seasonal mark of 1:52.3f. At three, Delmarvalous earned $614,028 with major wins in the Adios and the Oliver Wendell Holmes, where he established his 1:48.2 lifetime mark.
“We wanted to stand Delmarvalous in Pennsylvania in order to take advantage of the outstanding Sires and Breeder’s Programs,” said John Celii, managing partner of Delmarvalous.
“We wanted to add an outstanding Western Hanover line stallion to our roster. Delmarvalous is a perfect horse for our program,” stated Dr. Fredrick R. Hofsaess Stallion Manager at Delaware Valley College.
Delmarvalous' 2012 stud fee is $4,000.
