SC’s 'I Love Canadian Harness Racing’ Fan Club Team and hundreds of members enjoyed a fantastic evening at Woodbine Racetrack on Breeders Crown night

. The racing was world class and the Fan Club was out in full force to support San Pail in his successful bid to add a coveted Breeders Crown to his impressive list of accomplishments.

The seven-year-old son of San Pellegrino now has now recorded 14 wins and two second-place finishes from 16 races this season and is just shy of $3 million in career earnings for owner-breeder Glenn Van Camp and owner-trainer Rod Hughes.

The Breeders Crown Open Trot was just one of the highlights from the evening which featured all 12 Crown championships --- something which was taking place for the first time at a Canadian racetrack.

The I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club’s Faces of Racing enjoyed an incredible night. Driver Jody Jamieson scored a Breeders Crown double, as he guided Frenchfrysnvinegar to victory in the Mare Trot and then returned to the winner’s circle with Monkey On My Wheel in the Three-Year-Old Filly Pace. Prior to the filly event, pilot Randy Waples had teamed up with super trotter San Pail for a popular win the Open Trot.

Mark MacDonald and Casie Coleman teamed up for a win with Betterthancheddar in the three-year-old pacing colt division.
