DSBF Mania At Harrington
Seven $20,000 divisions of the DSBF (Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund) for two-year-old pacers were contested Monday at Harrington Raceway

There were four filly divisions, which were carded first on the program.
Badlands Racing and Leblanc Racing’s No Picnic ($2.80, Ross Wolfenden) overcame post seven for her dominant win in the first division in 1:57.4. A daughter of Badlands Hanover, she was a front-end winner for trainer Steve Leblanc.
Ed Walls’ Designer Bags ($2.60, Allan Davis) used a well-timed surge in the final strides to prevail in her division in 1:58.3 for trainer David Rearic. Designer Bags is sired by Roddys Bags Again.
Thomas Richardson’s Sheza Bad Machine ($4, Jim Morand) made up about four lengths in the stretch to win the third division on 2:00.2 The Badlands Hanover filly is trained by her owner.
Preston Burris’ and David Hanauer’s Genies Genie ($25.80, Tony Morgan) was an upset winner in the third division for trainer Lorie Davis. The Badlands Hanover filly reeled in favourite Triple Wire in the stretch for her first career win.
Meanwhile, longshot TEs Radar ($77, Victor Kirby) won the first colt division for owners Norwood and Evelyn Shahan. Trained by Valerie Warnick, the Roddys Bags Again gelding cleared favourite Majorly Bad up the backstretch and prevailed impressively.
Gary and Barbara Iles’ Shaving Mug ($3.60, Montrell Teague) was the fastest divisional winner with a 1:56 victory. The Badlands Hanover gelding set all the fractions in his three-length triumph for trainer George Teague.
In the final division, Triple S Stables’ Ladys Bag Man ($3, Corey Callahan) controlled the tempo and scored a 1:57.4 victory for trainer Mike Simon, Jr. The winner is sired by Roddys Bags Again.
