Officials with the Little Brown Jug have announced that Meadowlands Pace winner Roll With Joe has been installed as the 6-1 favourite in the first of two Little Brown Jug future wagering pools

Wagering on the first pool will get underway at 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 25. Wagering in the first pool will continue through 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 28 at racetracks and internet sites throughout North America and Europe.

“We have listed a filly in the future wager for the first time," said Phil Terry, general manager and director of Marketing for the Delaware County Fair. "See You At Peelers is eligible to the Little Brown Jug by being eligible to the Jugette. The future wager selection panel felt it was important to list the best 23 'Jug' eligibles regardless of sex. There is no guarantee that any of the eligibles listed will actually enter the race. See You At Peelers is undefeated in her 22 career starts and certainly should be considered one of the top Jug eligibles,”

The minimum future wager is $2 and all future wagers are Win betting only. Every three-year-old pacer in North America is included in the Jug 'Field' because if a colt wins the Cane Pace he can be supplemented into the 66th Little Brown Jug. Eliminations for the Cane Pace will take place Saturday, September 3 and the final will be contested September 10 at Tioga Downs. The Field has been rated at 10-1 in the morning line.

The 2010 Jug champion Rock N Roll Heaven paid $8.20 in the first pool and $5.80 in the second. The second future wagering pool will be held during the first three afternoons of Grand Circuit racing at the Delaware County Fair.
