Fan Club To WDC To Fire Jamieson Up!
A bus load of Canadian harness racing fans are en route to the U.S. to cheer on Jody Jamieson in the last two legs of the World Driving Championship

Thirty-two members of the I Love Canadian Harness Racing Club departed from Campbellville, Ont. today via luxury motor coach for a four-day excursion to the U.S., which includes the WDC legs at the Meadowlands Racetrack and Yonkers Raceway plus a trip back to the Big M on Saturday for the $1.5 million Hambletonian.
Decked out with WDC Tour shirts, signs, banners and Canadian flags, the fans will be sure to get Jamieson revved up for tonight’s fourth leg of the WDC.
Tonight’s WDC legs are Races 1,2, 4 and 6. Jamieson will drive Lady Andover (PP3, 7-2) in Race 1, Stopwatch N (PP9, 4-1) in Race 2, Military Stratcomm (PP3, 5-2) in Race 4 and Albion (PP7, 8-1) in Race 6 in the fourth leg at the Meadowlands Racetrack tonight.
In the final leg of the competition at Yonkers Raceway on Friday night, Jamieson will sit behind Avaricity (PP8, 12-1) in Race 1, Strong Hall (PP8, 12-1) in Race 2, Sun Of A Victory (PP1, 8-5) in Race 4 and Up Front Cruiser (PP7, 4-1) in Race 5.
New Zealand's Dexter Dunn currently leads in the standings with 99 points heading into the fourth leg of the competition, while Jamieson is sixth with a total of 76 points.
