Grand River Raceway was forced to pull the plug on the majority of its Monday evening program after heavy rainfall turned the track into a quagmire.

The Elora, Ontario half-miler was forced to cancel the final seven races on the 12-race card as a result of the unsafe track conditions.

Harness Racing is scheduled to return to Grand River Raceway tomorrow evening.
