At the monthly California Horse Racing Board meeting held at Hollywood Park on Thursday, June 23, the CHRB approved the license application of the Cal-Expo Harness Association

.

Cal-Expo's fall racing meet will begin on Friday, August 26, 2011. The first three weeks of the meet will consist of two racing days per week, Friday and Saturday. Beginning Thursday, September 15, the three-day per-week schedule will commence (Thurs, Fri, and Sat).

First-race post times for the racing program will be 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays, and 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Please note the Thanksgiving week schedule will be Friday and Saturday only.
