Canada's 2010 Horse of the Year, Dreamfair Eternal, will head into Sunday's Artiscape Pace at Tioga Downs with roughly the same road map as last year

In 2010 she had four Open starts under her belt, this year the Artiscape will mark the fourth start of the season for the mare, who is also the defending Dan Patch Champion south of the border.

Last season saw Anthony Kerwood team up with the Patrick Fletcher trainee to become the first horse in the history of Tioga Downs to pace a sub-1:50 mile when she captured the $160,000 Artiscape in 1:49.4.

Fletcher still trains Dreamfair Eternal for John Lamers, but regular pilot Randy Waples will make his first trip to Tioga Downs on Sunday afternoon and look for a repeat performance of last year’s victory.

Dreamfair Eternal will start from Post 10 on Sunday and will sport head number five. She has been installed as the 3-1 third choice in the sixth race.

In the $208,000 Bettors Delight Open pace, the Ron Burke powerhouse entry of Won The West, Foiled Again, and Atochia have been given the nod as the 3-1 morning line choice. The trio will all make their second consecutive start in the Bettors Delight. In the 2010 inaugural edition, the group finished third, fourth, and fifth, respectively.

Tioga Downs begins racing at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon and will feature its $10,000 guaranteed Pick-6 on the final six races of the card, in which the Bettors Delight will be the third leg.
