Western Fair Raceway will celebrate its 50th anniversary next month and is seeking anyone who raced at the London, Ont. oval during the track’s early years to share stories and memorabilia from that time

.

The 50th anniversary celebrations will take place on Tuesday, May 17 with many special events planned, including a giveaway of a 2010 Dodge Challenger SXT which has been on display in the raceway’s lobby for the past few weeks.

Details of remaining special events for the evening will be released closer to the date.
