"She Thinks She's A Horse"
Hey Diddle Diddle! We don't know if she has aspirations of jumping over the moon or anything of the sort, but one thing is for certain, 'Luna' isn't your average
cow.
An article by the Belfast Telegraph has shone the light on German teenager Regina Mayer, who, after not getting the horse she desired from her parents, took it upon herself to train her cow, Luna, to host riders and perform jumps.
The report explains that Mayer started two years ago by teaching Luna how to go on walks. Riding equipment was the next step, and after roughly six months Mayer was in the irons with Luna. The cow reportedly responds to commands such as 'go,' 'stand' and 'gallop' when she wants to.
The article explains that the duo's routine now involves grooming, petting, jumping and a one-hour ride.
"She thinks she's a horse," Mayer said.
