Tony Cilia Passes
After a brief battle with lung cancer, horse owner and fan of racing Tony Cilia of Beamsville, Ont. passed away
on October 7, 2010 at the age of 65.
Cilia was a long-time owner and breeder on what is called 'The Little Farm', owning horses such as Landfair Ace, On The Phone Again, Dons Scottie, Problem Al and many more.
His is missed by wife Mary Cilia, daughter Ruth Mitchell, and son David Cilia who is also involved in racing as a trainer and driver. Tony will be missed by many family members in Malta, grandchildren and especially by many friends Tony made in this country and in the world of harness racing.
