World Of Rocknroll To Stand In Indiana
World of Rocknroll (Rocknroll Hanover–-Worldly Beauty–-Artsplace) is coming back to Indiana. Deo Volente Farms, LLC, Flemington, NJ has reached an agreement with Victory Hill Farm, Lagrange, IN, where World Of Rocknroll will stand stud beginning with the 2011
breeding season.
World Of Rocknroll p,3,1:50.3s ($312,926) was last in Indiana on May 29, 2010 when he was the winner of the Hoosier Cup at Hoosier Park. Evidence of the dominant performance was the three-length margin of victory he recorded in 1:50.3 from Post 12.
Mike Gulotta, the CEO of Deo Volente Farms, LLC expressed his enthusiasm. “This is a wonderful racehorse with impeccable pedigree. Together his sire and dam earned nearly $5 million and each was dominant in their respective division. After World of Rocknroll’s dominant performance in the Hoosier Cup, he has a huge fan base in Indiana.”
In discussing the standing of the Hoosier Cup champ in Indiana, Jeff King of Victory Hill Farm said, “We are excited to have the horse in Indiana and at our farm. The horse has proven himself to be a stallion. We are excited to be partners with Deo Volente Farms and we are both looking forward to a successful breeding season for 2011."
Gulotta endorsed Victory Hill Farm as the Stallion Manager when he said, “We are looking to expand our business from New Jersey and Victory Hill is giving us the opportunity to do so.”
World Of Rocknroll will stand stud for the 2011 breeding season at Victory Hill Farm in Indiana, but the stud fee has not been decided. Deo Volente Farms, LLC, will be the Syndicate Manager and has announced that shares of the horse are available for sale.
