Officials with the Little Brown Jug today announced the driver changes for the opening heat of the annual classic, and also announced that there will be a change to the first-race post time for the Thursday, September 23 program

.

Delaware County Fair Presiding Judge Tim Schmitz announced that Dan Charlino will drive Just Crowned in the second of the Little Brown Jug's opening-heat eliminations.

Also, David Miller will be in the sulky behind Malicious in the third of the opening-heat elims.

It was also announced that Thursday's first-race post time has been moved up to 10:50 a.m.

The first of the Little Brown Jug's opening-heat elims, which has been carded as Race 13, will head to post at approximately 4:00 p.m.
