Officials with the Little Brown Jug would like to remind all horsepeople that the starting fees for the Little Brown Jug and the Jugette are due five days before the date of the

races.

The deadline for the $4,000 Jugette starting fee is 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 17. The deadline for the $6,000 Jug starting fee is 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 18.

The post position draw for the Jugette will take place the morning of Friday, September 17, while the draw for the Little Brown Jug will take place Saturday, September 18 in the log cabin on the backstretch of Ohio's Delaware County Fairgrounds.

The $400,000 (estimated) Jugette will be raced the afternoon of Wednesday, September 22. The $700,000 (estimated) Little Brown Jug will be contested for the 65th time during the afternoon of Thursday, September 23.
