Trainer Dominic Macedonio passed away Monday, June 7 with his family by his side at home in Monticello

, New York. He was 73.

Dominic owned and operated Macedonio Stables in Monticello for 45 years. He was also a member of the Monticello Horsemen's Association and was on the Board of Directors for 18 years.

Visitation will be taking place Wednesday, June 9 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, June 10 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the VanInwegan Kenn, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway, Monticello.

The funeral will be taking place Friday, June 11 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Forestburgh.
