Monday nights at Pocono Downs are going to be a lot more exciting during the months of June, July and August, as live harness racing will be conducted

.

The Monday race cards will be replacing Friday nights during the aforementioned months. The last Friday evening of live Pocono racing will take place Friday, May 28. Live action during the months of June, July and August will be taking place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday nights with a first-race post time of 6:30 p.m.

The 2010 schedule was altered to allow for the hot summer concert series to be held at the racetrack.

Pocono will be offering a free concert on Sunday, May 30, starting at 7:00 p.m. with the Johnny Unit Band followed by fireworks which will start between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Johnny Unit Band plays pop, rock and dance music.
