Vernon Downs has announced that it has been forced to close for simulcasting on Wednesday, May 19.

The track announced today that due to problems with the transformers last week, the facility will be forced to close to replace the transformers.

The transformers will be installed on Wednesday, May 19 and simulcast operations along with live racing will resume on Thursday, May 20.
